Actually had similar issues in multiple games - if advance on one of the tracks, unable to then overwrite tapestry card with Dictatorship and advance on that same track...

Seems if you play Dictatorship, advance on <track>, then advance on <track> again, you're okay. But playing Dictatorship first prevents you from advancing on the same track.

Same issue table#448977919 attempted move #606. Paid 2 culture to advance onto Nuclear Bomb, overplayed Dictator, tried to advance further onto Drone Assassins. Instead of allowing the move, the interface incorrectly prompts with "Tech spot benefit or bonus is already used this turn."

I was on E11 and had battery. Went to T11 and upgraded battery to duplicate E11. Got space tile that allows you to get tapestry card and play tapestry card. Tried to play Dictatorship to go to E12-> Did not work, although I had not moved on E track this turn. (I had used it by duplicating). could not use it on T track either

Same thing happened to me. Dictatorship on tech track 11 wanted to use it to move to tech track 12 and blocked from doing so

Issue with Dictatorship on Military track, same as others have reported:

I advanced on Military via Entertainers, went to play Dictatorship to advance on Military again, then got the "Tech spot benefit or bonus is already used this turn" error message. I'll wait here so you all can see this issue. Luckily, I have six days left to take my turns. I'll wait so you guys can see the issue live.

I had a HUGE 3 turn advancement planned out, and Dictatorship is the reason I can do it. Would be sad if I can't do this, as it changes the whole game for me.

Started on Exploration: Space Shuttle (10). I advanced to Exploration: Interstellar Travel (11) where I got my 3 spaces tiles and played the tile with the Overwrite Tapestry effect. I played Dictatorship aiming to move up again in Exploration to Warpgates (12). I tried clicking my player cube on 11 and got the "Error: Tech spot benefit or bonus is already used this turn" that others have gotten.

Issue similar, when trying to advance on military after taking income 4 with leaders, where I advanced onto mil8 then try to use Dictatorship to advance even with opponent at Mil9 and blocking them from taking landmark nuclear silo from mil 10.

So, in a nutshell, the validity check for DICTATORSHIP is wrong.
It blocks an advance FROM a space that has been activated this turn, when it should block the very very rare case of advancing ONTO a space that has already been activated this turn.

Similar scenario, Dictatorship broken, when trying to advance on a track that was advanced on already that turn. The rules allow advancing more than once on an advancement track in one turn, they do not allow having the same advancement benefit occur more than once per turn. Implementation or constraint of advancement cube track choice is incorrect. Please reach out if the developers need help pinpointing the bug in the code, I am willing to code review and debug.

Sorry, forgot to add more information.
I advanced to Nuclear Bomb and replaced my Tapestry Card with Dicatorship, now the game is not leeting me adavance on the Military track again.

Similar issue on table #504977397 Move #354. Moved onto Nuclear Bomb (M10) and played Dictatorship as the override Tapestry card. Attempted to use Dictatorship to move again on Military track and it gives me the error: "Tech spot benefit or bonus is already used this turn".

Once playing Dictatorship over another tapestry, I couldn't select the track that advanced to allow me to do it (exploration)

Used civ benefit to roll research die and advance on exploration during income turn, then played dictatorship and was not allowed to select and advance my exploration cube.

I had the same problem on Table #545735646 during my income phase at move #789.

I gained a level from my Civilization "Leaders" and took it on the military track. I then played "Dictatorship" as my tapestry card, but it would not let me use it on the military track. I had to choose a different track. I got the error saying that the ability had already been used.

I know the devs are busy, but this ruins games and they have not even looked at it. My situation -> alchemists roll militaty - play dictatorship - can't choose military.

That means my opponent gets a free pass on military as militants. Being that he is in the top 3 Tapestry players on BGA, I can't disrupt his progress on military due to a bug.

I don't understand why they have fixed other bugs and not even looked at this one.
