It appears that whenever life pods that were repositioned on to locations on the Cosmos Inc trackers are skipped over the next time that a piece is placed, no bonuses are given. For instance, if I place a lifepod on the biomass resource track just prior to a biomass patch reward (leaving that space open to collect on a future turn), when I place another tile with a biomass zone on it moving my tracker forward and skipping the lifepod, it does not give a biomass patch. I noticed this problem with all 5 tracks.

It should be visible on game replay. This has happened a number of times throughout my game, but it looks like Move #300 should show I did not receive a reward for reaching level 2 on the civ track or level 3 on the tech track.
