I wanted to choose the bottom action and build. It forced me to take wood. I hit undo to verify, and I have no option to choose the bottom.

My opponent chose the card in a turn based game, and when I went to take my turn, the card showed up with the top action as my only option, asking me showing me taking one wood on the bottom wheel. I hit undo, to start it over, and it didn't change anything.

Card in play is cultivator... Two of my opponents picked BUILD. Now my only option is to place a tile, I cannot build. UI should allow me to build here.
