duplicated knowledge card (ID 66) - in the second action, I wanted to play another knowledge card from my hand - instead it played the same card again I played in move #38. (hand cards stayed the same, just a duplicate card appeared in the knowledge row). There were now 17 knowledge cards in the game.

ok, so this is what was happening here: If you spam your card(s) in hand to play your cards quickly, you duplicate cards and can also use your opponent's turns to play and duplicate cards into their half of the city:

still happens. It seems like it's not possible anymore to dupe cards into your own half of the city (instead it just uses up actions), but you can still dupe cards into your opponent's half of the city (which is using their actions). I don't have a slow connection.
