I am reporting this for another player who reported it to me. They served all the guests in solo mode (I confirmed this in the record), but it still said they lost the game.

I use the BGA app on Android with Chrome, so I don't have F5, but made a refresh, and didn't change anything.

Jan 28 th 2025 10:02 • This is not something we can fix because of how BGA figures the winner. It always make it the biggest score, but in this game, the goal is to get the less points possible, that’s why we have to use negative scores to get correct statistics and comparison. Then it understands that a positive score is a win, and a negative is a loss.
So you’ll always get a looser appreciation, but it does not matter, because that’s the rank associated to the score that matters.

On the Solo mode, I have to agree there should be a better way with the outcome. The game is wonderful, and the mechanism works wonderfully.
However, if the only way to Victory is a "Perfect Game," it's very frustrating. Having a game with one Customer left, and still a Defeat is the worst.
Could the system please be adjusted to score the count for Customers achieved instead, which would yield a positive number, and from there, a Solo player can achieve a Victory for a specified number of Customers gained? I'm sure a lot of players would appreciate it. Thank you.

Mar 19 th 2025 10:19 • I totally agree, and suggested a positive count to the publisher too, but he did not agree, so there is nothing I can do. Maybe you could reach them.
