I was connected from reliable nearby my home Wi-Fi and during the connection timeout issue I was still able to browse cars.com and use the internet normally. My Wi-Fi signal and my 5G connection was strong, as seen in the screenshots. Yet, the Android version of the app wasn't working.
Towards the end of me spazzing out, rapidly refreshing and trying to get the app to work, I saw that I could use the web browser version of the website only when I switched to the desktop-only version (not the mobile version of the website). Through the web browser and not using the app, it appeared that the game was working, and I rapidly tried to pass the dice but then I got expelled from the game (for running out of time) before I could pass.
If I was on the train with a patchy connection or another country or something else, I would not complain and submit a bug about this, but I was at home using a reliable connection and was able to use the internet on a different browser at the same time that I recieved the error message. So, I'm not sure why the app froze or bugged out. I do not believe that it's fair that I lost ELO and karma for this match. If you watch the match, I was even doing well and was in the middle a trade offer when I suddenly froze. Please restore my ELO and karma.
I am using a Samsung S24 Ultra.
