I gathered all the ingredients necessary into a cup. Normally it then moves to a step asking which order cards you want to complete.

That step was skipped and one card fell off my drink queue since it was on the bottom of the drink queue and the other card is still there. My 2 cups are still full.

I selected ingredients (using a rush token to take a 4th ingredient), then I divvied the ingredients out among my cups. I should have been able to complete 2 orders, even without the rush token. However, once the ingredients were in the cups, instead of confirming ingredient placement it gave me a confirmation button that said that I have no more orders to fill. The order filling step was skipped. My order cards moved down on my game board, and the next player's turn started.

Hello. I watched the game carefully. As I wrote in the other report, the cards simply could not be completed with those ingredients. I don't know what commands you are referring to.
