On turns 474-475, using Construction Frenzy I activated Baye De Cataroucy. It allowed me to finish a fort in Baye De Cataroucy with a colonial brigade and then allowed me to select any other unit on the map, also allowing me to finish a fort in Chignectou with the same activation.
