Ebis obtains nothing

Orders refreshed on Port management board
Maybe a mistake from my opponent to use a foreign agent there (a "cancel everything" option is welcome).
The line "Ebis acquires an order from the Port" is weird just after "obtains nothing".
And now the first order (the "Low"est) is missing on the Port management board.

The real bug is that Ebis actually got an order when he shouldn't have, with one foreign agent and one cube.
(He wasn't sure the way agents work.)

Happens when using an agent. Will look into it and get it fix.
