When I moved magnifying glass token up, I didn't get a card, even though the icon says I should have gotten a card from my deck. Now even though I have all of the resources, and click on either of the research tracks one slot above, I receive an error saying that I cannot move there.

I refreshed the page. I closed out the browser and logged back in. There error persisted.
