In a 2-p game, the dummy player ends the game with a technology value of 7.5 and so to get the 10 or 5 points. So cokeman0 who had 3 gears Technology Value shouldn't have gotten the 5 points for being second. You should also check the Church Bonus and Customs bonus. In 2-P games the blocked space counts as a dummy player for majorities.

Indeed, the dummy is being neglected for end-game scoring bonuses on the Church and Customs House as well. Here is an example from game #102209028 where I scored 3 points for 2nd place in Church Majority, but should have scored nothing because the dummy was in 2nd place. The dummy had one assistant and 7 faith to my one assistant and 6 faith.

2-player game must take dummy player into account on Church, Customs and Tech majorities. Will be corrected in next version.
