When using Expander or Upgrader actions, if you add a tile to the top or left of a machine (thus moving existing tiles down or right) and then press the "Reset Tiles" button in the toolbar, the new tile returns to the hand and the machine boundary is reset but the old tiles do not shift back into the correct place.
