It does not allow to validate words and end turn, constantly appearing the reported message.

The problem is no dictionary was selected for the game. You should never have been able to start the game without choosing something for this option. How did you create this table? Using the manual lobby or automatic lobby?

Version 210610-0545: I pushed a fix so this particular table will be playable now. Unfortunately, you'll still get the error message "Invalid or missing substitution argument for log message: The dictionary selected for this game is ${dict} (${lang})" every time you open the table, but submitting a word should work correctly.
(You could choose to create a new table instead. To leave this table without penalty, use the button "Propose to abandon the game collectively".)
This appears to be some bug related to the BGA lobby. I need to talk with BGA admins about what caused this.
