Having similar issues with iPad interface. I’m trying to select a wake up row. My selected row changes from a dotted blue outline to a solid blue outline, but I can’t get any further than that.

Also, still can’t use the “go to next game” arrow. I have to exit the game via the “cloud” icon, then navigate back to my tables list. Bug was raised but closed as couldn’t be reproduced by developer (no access to an iPad).

This morning this happened: I was taken to viticulture to play my turn and assumed it wouldn’t work, so pressed the arrow to skip to the next game. The arrow didn’t work (displays a tooltip instead of raking the action), so I thought I would try to select my wake up row, and it worked.
What seems to be happening is that the first action I try to take shows me a tooltip instead, but then disables that action. Then choosing a different action activates that action.
I’m making assumptions here, but it looks like that’s what happened just now.

I Have the Same behaviour with iPad and chrome browser. Played 2 games, both times I couldnt select a wakeup row, last table: 184252057

I have to swith to my android Smartphone to do this particular actions (chrome, too )

I am also having this problem. Tapping the action space over and over again can eventually have an effect but usually it is only displaying the tooltip or activating the iOS copy/paste text selection in the browser window highlighting everything on screen in blue.

I have seen similar problems with non-responsive action spaces in other games but usually not as bad as this. T’zolkin comes to mind as another offender, especially on the brown wheel.

Similar trouble trying to select yellow visitor cards. Seems like there's a "magic spot" where the selection works, but I can't reliably find it.

There are a couple other games that have similar issues but most do not (again, T’zolkin is the only one that comes to mind). Viticulture is the worst offender that I have found. There is something with the way the spaces are coded that the iOS touch interface doesn’t agree with. It could be a tool tip issue maybe? I don’t have problems with most games including other worker placement like Caylus or Agricola.

I recorded myself trying to select a wake up position for 5 minutes straight. That’s not normal or a minor problem. You can see the space flashing when I touch it (the app recognizes a ‘click’) and sometimes the help text is displayed. Tap location, speed, frequency, hold duration, and force are all varied and occasionally result in zooming or highlighting the web page for copy/paste selection. This is marked as infoneeded though it's not clear what is needed. The system won't let me upvote this. The game is unplayable on the ipad. Makes us sad. Please fix this.

I have this issue! The game won't accept my touch. I can touch and touch and it won't notice I wanted to make a move. I have to use safari on my iPad because firefox glitches and I hate chrome. There are other issues on my Macbook Air but never this issue. This is actually one of the glitchiest games I ever play, but not as bad as carcassone. That one is a never - play with any kind of apple device at all.

I'm really shocked you can't reproduce this as it is useless to me to try to play this on an ipad

I have this same issue, particularly when selecting Mama/Papas at the beginning of the game. It’s very hard to do and a lot of times I have to go on desktop to make my selections

Happens for me too. Game is virtually unplayable on iPad. Refuses to acknowledge action selection.

Frequent issue for me playing on the iPad. Almost gave up, won’t play again until fixed. Please don’t release out of beta until resolved.

There are a lot of actions in this game that it won't let me do. The current one was trying to take a tour. I tried reloading and reloading games from browser a few dozen times until it finally let me do the action. This happens to me for almost every action i try to take. I am using the latest version of the duckduckgo browser

We have this issue on an Ipad Pro 12.9 inch 3rd Generation running OS16.6.1 playing in Landscape mode.

Boardgame arena is running in DuckDuckGo.

As others have seen it mostly works fine but wont let you select some options some of the time. When you touch the option on the screen you get a solid blue line around it showing the program has recognised the touch but it doesn't activate the action. It mostly occurred for us at the start of the round choosing the start order but also occurred in other game actions. Sometime repeated (20 or so) goes would make it work.

I had this issue on my iPad, I switched to my iPhone and had the same problem. Basically both using Safari.

Issue happens when playing on my iPad, most of the time, for Viticulture. And like others have said, sometimes even prevents using the arrow to go to the next table.

The only solution I've found when this happens is, either play my turn on another device (PC laptop, Android phone), OR based on a recommendation from a friend, using a pen/stylus to take my turn on my iPad. The pens/stylus seems to make the difference in getting the game to recognize the chosen action and move to confirming the action. Why this makes a difference when touching to click with my finger normally works on ALL other games, and at times on Viticulture, and acts like it will work but doesn't trigger the option to confirm, I have NO clue.
