Table 240582188, move 512 (I think? It was close to the end)

Expected to use 3 cubes in a 4 player game, interface allowed me to switch with two.

Similarly table 245422518, move 54, I was able to swap with 2 cubes.

The actual card has 2/3 dots in the third cube slot, so it should only require 3 cubes in 2 and 3 player games. All the swap cards other than the U.E.S Kubasov 3192-G follow this pattern (The Kubasov requires 4 cubes in a 2 player game.)

Bug still there.
This really leads us into thinking that it requires 3 cubes which affects gameplay.

Also, the text for the action both on the card and in the log is not translated.

2 cubes was needed in recent 4 player game. Card would seem to require 3.

There are two cards that are missing dots to depict that 2 and 3 player games require more cubes. Marking this as a dup of boardgamearena.com/bug?id=78007 since that bug includes both affected cards.
