IIRC the influence were from PEACE TREATY, if the influence from PEACE TREATY were handled differently in the code it might worth take a look.

When playing industrial espionage the log says it subtratcts influence points from opponent, but actually it just subtracted it from me( who played it), and then gave me a point, so scorewise nothing happened. Move 157

dbagle7 played Industrial Espionage and received a token. The other two players did not lose tokens, nor did their points decrease. The log incorrectly says that they did.

On Moves 151 & 209 I, dbagle7, played Industrial Espionage and the other two players did not lose tokens, nor did their points decrease. Instead, I lost 2 points and gained 1 back.

The influence tokens were moved and displayed correctly, but the score did not update, neither after F5 nor at/after game end.

The one time I used it in the game.
Was the last move in the game. Speaking of which, it looks like I didn't get to play a role in that extra turn from logistics.

I used Industrial Espionage, and the log showed:
"resonance2k returns vp_w_13 x1 to supply
jneedler gains vp_w_13 x1 from card_tech_E_11"

... but our actual scores did not change. As a result, I lost the game by 1 point.

I experienced the same as others have described above. Playing INDUSTRIAL ESPIONAGE causes the log to say:

[ME] gains [STAR]x1 from 'INDUSTRIAL ESPIONAGE'

and:

[OPPONENT] returns [STAR]x1 to supply.

So far, so good.

However, neither of our scores changed (even though I appeared to have picked up an influence point chip). This was confirmed by the scores at the end of the game.

Until this bug is fixed, I recommend treating INDUSTRIAL ESPIONAGE as a good card for its three influence points, and for counting as a battlecruiser. But don't waste an action trying to use its action, because it currently does nothing.

Exact same thing as Anarchist-Nomad. When I replayed the video the game *says* it reduced the opponent's score, but my score and the opponent's score remain the same before and after

play the card: remove the point from my player instead of the enemy, than increase point of my player

The game states that the card should remove 1 token from opposing players and a gain of 1 token by the player playing the card. Although the log stated that this happened, it did not, there was no change in score.

Pre-card the scores were 28 (me) 30, 28 (opponents). After the play of the card the score remained the same. This is a problem in a close game making this card both useless and the waste of a pivotal late game action.
