I wasn't get the city action when I was coneccting the village over a bridge:
I'm playing the Yeti and had allready build the sanctuary and got the red favor so I was able to build my first city with Sanctuary and 2 villages (thats ok).
For the second city I had my fortress (4 points) and 1 village beside and 1 village over the river. Now I wanted to connect the second village with a bridge, but I didn't get a city-token.
