I'm not sure this quite reached the level of rule violation, but it did cause me to chew through enough time to make it work that I got a delayed game marker.

During move 74, I had the "trade any purple card" building in my collection. I wanted to trade an 8 value card for a 6-value building. But it wouldn't let me even start by clicking the 6-value building. I kept trying to figure out what I was missing in the UI. FInally I clicked one of the 1-value materials and it let me select a 6-value building.

I think it's a bug.
