Hello.
The other player played an eggplant, I gave her two artichokes and then the game ended and claimed I lost even though I hadn't finished my turn and I had no artichokes left and should have won at the end of my turn.

I tried to refresh & replay - same thing. Also if you look at the move history, it says I won, then immediately says my opponent won.

I'll have to take a look at why the game reports "ErinC wins!" but the game ended correctly.
ErinC passed two artichokes to "Krispie Porkchop" and had no artichokes left in hand - but that's not the criterion for winning - you have to have no artichokes in hand **right after drawing your new hand of cards** at the end of the turn.
And this is what happened next right after passing the cards: "Krispie Porkchop" ended their turn and drew cards and had no artichokes in hand - and thus won.
I'll have to take a look at why the game reports "ErinC wins!" but the game ended correctly.
ErinC passed two artichokes to "Krispie Porkchop" and had no artichokes left in hand - but that's not the criterion for winning - you have to have no artichokes in hand **right after drawing your new hand of cards** at the end of the turn.
And this is what happened next right after passing the cards: "Krispie Porkchop" ended their turn and drew cards and had no artichokes in hand - and thus won.

jimbomania: without tabel number or screenshot I can't take a look at your report. However, it doesn't sound like this issue, because the game only ends immediately after you draw your new cards.

This bug has been fixed. It was a display issue when the card ending the game was an eggplant.

I can see the problem - when I replay the game from your perspective, I see 'End of game (defeat)' at the top center; while in the game log and end game state, you won. (Viewed from the other player's perspective, it's the same message.)
However, this message is not provided by the AAA game. AAA sets the score for one player (you) to one and passes control to the BGA framework.
Please file a new bug report against the BGA framework.

I've asked around - there were indeed changes to the scoring used by BGA, which had some issues and were reverted for now. So nothing to do in AAA.
