Build track, the city of essen ruhr and munch are card specified city cant be connect by other player, i make one connection between them. On other round, i can't add track to connect essen to other city but i CAN add track on munch to connect other city. It should both city allow to be connect by me. And the card of essen ruhr connection restriction card disappeared
