This has happened to me one time before (using the explore bonus (I think), not the develop bonus). It has not happened every time. This happened around turn 56-58 (I wanted to use the bonus to play "Rebel Alliance")

It looks like the time allowed to click the prestige phase selection is not sufficient to click both the confirmation button and the phase selection. Very annoying--I wound up in last place in this game!

Same happened to me. Tried to use settle -3/+2 with a double settle action and game just recorded my move as a normal double settle action instead.

This happens to me about 40-60% of the times I try to use the prestige bonus. In this game I chose the -3/+2 Settle bonus on the second to last round, and it was my second choice of action in a 2 player game. I wondered if it was because I had already picked another action first. On the last round of the game, I picked the Settle bonus as my second action again, and that time it worked. It worked even though I picked settle as my first action too. I can't find a pattern. *sigh*

This has happened to me before a few times. I selected the Prestigue bonus and then an action and it only showed the regular action. Cancelling the action and reselecting the Prestigue bonus and then the action again seems to fix this sometimes, but only if your opponent has not selected their actions yet. If your opponent has already selected their actions you are locked in with the regular action rather than the Prestigue action. This can impact the game result. It would be great if this was fixed.

#10128 is a duplicate of this bug. Still happening very often. How can we help to fix this bug? Is it difficult to reproduce? It happens very often for me...

I clicked the the x3 prestige bonus two times during my game and in both instances I received the x2 bonus only. I was not charged a prestige point. This happened twice between moves 90-105.

Same thing happen Choice prestige dev-3 with button and the regular action happen, cancel my action and retry and again after pressing dev -3 button the regular action is choosen; Could not retry a third time because all players had their actions choosen !

Additionnal detail to reproduce the bug :
-Note 1 : Another play did choose dev -3 before me and his action is taken in account, not mine.
-Note 2 : these actions are between move 160 to 166 (not listed in the game review, but you can access to it no ^^)

Move 160 20:45:24 : Prestige phase
Move 166 20:46:16 : Action I

Same thing happen again : I choose to play a prestige action card, select the buttton "yes I reaaally want it" then I choose the prestige button dev-3 and the regular action happen; I Could not annull-and-retry because all players had their actions choosen.

-The action move is propably after prestige phase move 159 because the next move in party history is explore move 163. My action is between move 160 to 162.
-My dev action was "Move 171 : Rlanzinger joue Ligue Pan-Galactique pour 5"

This is perhaps the only bug I regularly see. However, I think the chances of it being fixed in the near future are low, as there isn't a main RFTG developer right now on BGA. See here:

So I think we'll just have to live with it for now. The only work around for now is to try and cancel the action and retry it until you get the Prestige action to lock in. This only works if you cancel before your opponent has selected their actions though.

I have a made a change which I hope will fix the issue. However, as it's hard to reproduce the bug, I can't be sure it's actually fixed. Please, do let me know if you run into it again.
