I had this same thing happen in my game (Turing Machine n°387625370) for the game code D43YFL.
My second guess was 444
I tested the Condition: Sum of the numbers is odd OR Sum of the numbers is even.
Result: Cross
However, the solution to the puzzle is 541

To twenty9oh7: that game code (D43YFL) is an Extreme mode game. There are 2 criteria cards associated with each verifier, but only 1 of them is "in use". In that puzzle, verifier C is using criteria card 16, not card 18. You were misunderstanding the rules of Extreme mode.
