It happens to me and my friend at least once in almost every game when playing with iPhone and iPad, however the game works fine when playing with desktop chrome

Not sure which move #, will pay attention to see if it makes a difference if it occurs again.

Which card - any sponsor card, can’t select as long as it is a sponsor card

Screenshot - will get one next time

Version of Safari - not sure about the version number, it’s the latest one on iPhone

Reload - yes, has tried all the time but does not work. Usually when the bug occurs, if wait for half an hour or so, will be able to play sponsor card again

Impossible to select sponsor card to sell it. It happened to me in several games with different cards: “programa de cría”, “programa de cría mundial”, acción especial waza”

This has happened to me countless times, usually when the sponsor card is in the “4” position.

I have to either go to desktop to select the card or just play around it as an unofficial handicap.

This is a common problem for me when playing on my iPad, iPhone works fine. Seems to happen both when playing a sponsor card and when selecting one for other reasons e.g. discard.

I was unable to select the Waza Small Animal Program. The sponsor card was in the 4 position. When I clicked on the "?" button for more information about the card, the information looked weird too, like it wasn't on the white background and it went down the entire page. It continued to happen several times, even after I closed out of Board Game Arena on my phone, tried it on different browsers on my phone. I was only able to snap the card on my computer.

I was unable to select sponsor card Waza Small Animal Program (228) when attempting to cards action snap on mobile (safari). I was allowed to select any other card for snapping. Refreshing did not fix the problem. It was not a rules issue, I was able to perform the move on desktop. Ark Nova #425742424

Hatte das Problem schon öfters. Immer bei Sponsorkarten und Hauptsächlich bei welche. Wo das Bauen/ Boni verändert wird. Sponsor. Auswilderungen, Archäologin, Biodiversitätsforscher, Bau Ingeneur etc…

Same here, issue occurs also with Firefox and Qwant on mobile.
It appends to me numerous times. For instance :
Table #431571065 move 463. I am able to pick the sponsor on the 3rd position but not the one on the 4th using the level-up card action. F5 does not solve the issue. Issue does bot seem to happen at random. The select effet occurs (the card slightly and briefly increases in size) but then nothing happens : no tick on the card and no validation button.
Card was « special operation waza », but I suspect it to be related to the position of the card based on previous games.

I was unable to select sponsor card Breeding Program (218) when attempting to choose my initial 4 cards on mobile. Very first card selection of the entire game. I was allowed to select any other card for the initial selection. I was able to perform the move on desktop with no problem. Ark Nova #435495292

Je joue sur IPhone via Google chrome.

À mon tour j’ai voulu jouer une carte mécène de valeur 4 sauf que je ne pouvais pas sélectionner la carte.

Pouvez vous remédiez à ce problème rapidement s’il vous plaît ?

C’est quand même très gênant pour jouer correctement…

This has happened to me multiple times on iPad. Currently it’s happening selecting my first four cards. The sponsor one is not selectable. It is also happened when I’m supposed to discard down once Brake happens.
