I'm having the same problem with my mobile phone. When I try to open the game it does not open the box, the loading bar get's freezed.

Game freezes while loading in "opening box" phase. Maybe because of network change/ while phone is in sleep mode? Idk? I do not see it related to the game progress or any other circumstance, it doesn't even happened with every game, just some of them. After this freeze happens, it is possible to continue the game on PC, but it is not working on any Android device I've tried (two huawei phones and one xiaomi tablet). The webpage and the Board Game Arena app freezes too at 10%. On my PC and on my laptop it works fine.

The first time after 2 days it started working for a few days but now it's stuck again.

I had the same problem multiple times when playing on my Android phone. Connecting via laptop always solves the problem.
I managed to reproduce the error, it seems that getting the card 'Grevy's zebra' in play freezes the mobile interface, either when the card appears on the card row, or getting it directly in hand. I had the same problem 3 times when the card came up. The last time was at table #473556402. I managed to continue the game from my laptop, but in the last two times this happened, I could not change devices.

I am using android version 13, and usually play with the BGA application from Google store. Currently it is on version 1.0-dc9b14d7. I play on both wifi and mobile internet, so I'm not sure if that has an effect, although I don't think it should, since when this error came up, I tried everything to reconnect even changing internet connection, trying to login from browser on mobile and restarting the device. None of these worked. I could always continue from laptop (when I had the chance to switch). I am located in Hungary, I have seen that the original poster is also hungarian, but I didn't check the rest. I never play on tablet, always on mobile or laptop/pc.
I checked the log of the table associated with this post, it seems thy changed game mode after Grevy's came up for them too, suggesting they got the issue then. I often play with my friends, whenever they are on phone they have the same issue of the game freezing, although I cannot confirm these happened when Grevy's came up, I only noticed that on my last 3 games.
The error is always the same for me: when Grevy's come up, the game freezes. If its on a card row, it doesn't fill up, and the loading icon is going , but nothing happens. If I get it in my hand, it says I'm drawing Grevy's and possibly other cards, but they never appear in my hand, and the game freezes. If I try to reload, the game starts to load, but it stops at 10% all the time.
I noticed the same problem in my past 3 games when playing Ark on my mobile, always when this card came up. I don't know what happens if my opponent gets this card, or plays it if they are on a laptop/pc and I'm on phone.
Please let me know if you need any more information. Besides the game I referenced above I had the same issue at Ark Nova #471249845, even got -10 Karma since I couldn't go on laptop. I remember a third occasion, but I cannot find the table for that.

here happened again when I finished my step and the card market should have reloaded but it froze, after that I could only log in on the PC and saw that Grevy's zebra was also among the new cards - the bug is to be found in that card

while using a mobile phone, tablet app or desktop app on these devices, if the Grevy zebra (card no. 429) comes up, either in hand or on the table, the game freezes and will not let you back down while the zebra is in hand or on the "marketplace". As soon as the zebra is discarded or played, it will then release again.

I guess i have the same problem. Some table of Ark Nova become inaccessible via computer (site). The game page just can`t load (it freezes at the loading page, imgur is not working to upload image). I can access the same page the the phone or tablet, it just can`t load on the desktop browser. My browser is Chrome 131.0.6778.205 (arm64). Cleaning cache or cookies (or F5) don`t help, same results. Table Ark Nova #613296434. I am playing in portuguese.

Same here, but the problem is on PC with expansion Marine Worlds.
Tried Chrome and Edge with the same issue. It doesn't pass the load screen (5 or 10%) and overload the CPU.
On Android Chrome it's fine.

Trying to access with Chrome on mobile device (phone or tablet), the page freezes on loading screen.
No problem on PC with Chrome.
I played several games at Ark Nova: it's the first game with this issue (Ark Nova #621773845).

Same here on multiple games. The game doesn't always load (sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't) non my Android Phone ( 13TP1A.220624.014) running Chrome.

Last game to happen was table=631214927.

If I open it on my laptop, still on chrome, it works again for a while.

I had a similar problem on pc where an existing game of Ark nova would not load and remain at 0%.
After i changed the language from dutch to english, the problem was solved.

On mobile (chrome) it does not start loading every time.If I set the language to English, it loads on mobile.

I hace same/similar problem! One table SUDDENLY stopped opening on the phone. It doesn't load. Load screen stopes at the beggining. Other tables open fine and this one openes on the computer but not on the phone!

I'm currently unable to discard a card during a break.

I've tried on my laptop in Opera, and on the BGA Android app on my phone.

All other tables seem to be working fine for me.

Sometimes the page won't load at all, when it does it lets me select the card I want to discard, but when I click confirm I get "Unknown network error 502", "Unknown network error 503" or "Unable to contact the server. Are you connected to the internet?"

I've been trying since earlier this afternoon and now I'm at -4 hours for my turn.

I have 3 tables open in arena and I cant play.
The first table is freezed on loading status
The second and third ones i cant play because The system doesnt allow to play a table younger than The first one.

The game is frozen, it won't load. I tried to login via phone and PC, but it's not working. I play on other tables and I have this problem only with this one.

I have the same problem with ark nova tables, on several devices it freezes during loading. Other games seems ok.

What can I do if the live game freezes? I quit and can't get back in, and because my time is up, my opponent has thrown me out and deducted my points.

As with the table "25. Feb 2025 20:37 • herrfuchs" I can't open it. It freezes emediately on opening. The same on my wife's phone. Can't get the table number, bcs on both phones it freezes at the starting. Both use Huawei browser and ecosia (Firefox). Please cancel this table for us. Thx
