Only received partial reward for fulfilling a contract.

Yes. I don't know how to find the move number. Occurred at 1:18 on 8/20/2023. I was unable to do the move, and it happens if I try to repeat the action again. I undid the move a completed a different contract.

Problem repeated every time I tried to complete the contract. As you can see from the image, I received the 5 vp, but not the black die.

Not a bug.
There were no black dice available at the time you wanted to complete a contract. When completing a contract with a black die on it, it is taken from the set put out for the round, if none are available then tough (you still get the VP though). You need to carefully time completion of such contracts - do them near the start of a round when there are still black dice available.
