the tile isn't rotated in the main display but it is rotated in our hand. It has no impact on gameplay itself (we can't rotate tiles as it is expected with this option active) but it can be confusing

I noticed this today in a 4P game (though the player count shouldn't matter I suspect).
To add - if the tile isn't rotated back to the original position (in your hand, as it doesn't rotate on the board), then it prevents clicking to place it into another spot on the board - even if the original (or even rotated) orientation would be valid. Must rotate back to the original orientation to move it, or press F5/Ctrl-R to refresh browser and reset the move.

Actually this is a regression caused by an improvement I applied a few weeks ago. I fixed and deployed.
