Klaus Teuber Tribute • Sunrise - Sunset:
This tournament is in memory of Klaus Teuber, the creator of Catan (and many, many other fun games!) who passed away this spring. I believe that Catan was a vital force in the renaissance of board gaming that we all get to enjoy. I chose to set the tournament start date to Klaus Teuber's birthday, so that we may celebrate his life and the contributions he has made to our beloved hobby.

The first stage of the tournament will be Swiss System (3 matches per player) and then we move on to the Multiplayer Elimination stage. May the best player win; but most importantly, have fun playing everyone!

P.S. This tournament is open to EVERYONE. If your ELO is below 100, please message me (Otithes) for an invitation.

Otithes Yes I would set the time limits higher next time. My bad. It certainly wasn't meant to be brutal. It is not true that most games timed out, though.
