When a deal is started, there should be a simultaneous turn for *all* players, where they *must* take an action, even if the action is just "pass", "do nothing", "wait", or whatever it's called.
* The other actions would be playing cards, making an offer, or breaking down the deal.
* Whenever someone (including the boss) takes an action (not "pass"), the players who already chose "pass" must choose an action again.
* The boss cannot conclude the deal until all other players have chosen to "pass".• Vennligst forklar hva du ønsket å gjøre, samt hva du faktisk gjorde og hva som skjedde

Rapporthistorikk
Have you ever played the boardgame?
If it's just an "act fast" game (like dobble/spot it), then turn-based game should simply be disabled.
I was in favour to disable turn based game, but it seems that players are in favour to have it...
But the manual says the boss should say something like "going once, going twice, gone" before concluding the deal, which (to me) obviously indicates that the other players should have a chance of doing something, even if the boss doesn't want them to.
I'm not opposed to having a turn-based option per se, but as it is now I believe it is not working. I have to actively go online and enter the table to see if by any chance there's any deal going on, where I may have something to say. You said elsewhere that you can always play cards while a deal is still open, but that's not true. First, you have to wait for a deal to be open (and there's no notification about it), and second, while the game is asking another player whether or not they want to play a stop card, I can't do anything. So I can only look into the table from time to time, and be lucky enough that I catch a moment where I can play my boss/travel/recruitment card (on other people's turn).
This is already annoying in real time (there should always be some forced wait, maybe 10 seconds, before a deal is concluded so others have time to play cards), but in turn-based mode it's completely game-breaking.
I have read the rules, but I have never played this game before.
I don't think it should be required for anybody to go and buy a boardgame, set up a game night with friends, and try out the game before playing a game on boardgamearena.
I think online play at boardgamearena makes games that are unavailable, or too expensive to play in real life, accessible to a larger audience.
Requiring real-world knowlegde of a game is against the spirit of BGA in my personal opinion.
The role a developer on boardgamearena is a very turbulent. I certainly understand there are many technical and cultural and social challenges to try to overcome. Games on BGA should be as enjoyable as possible, and this sometimes includes listening to the feedback that players are raising, especially for games in BETA status.
